Attorney Joseph D. Curd Joseph D. Curd graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1981 with a degree in philosophy. In 1984, he graduated cum laude from the University of Santa Clara with the degree of Doctorate of Jurisprudence. He was also an extern for the Honorable Robert F. Peckham, Chief Justice of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Attorney Alexis Galindo graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in real estate and finance in 1982. Attorney Richard Wynn Richard Wynn began his career in 1988 working for a fortune 500 company at Transamerica Insurance Group while he earned dual Bachelor of Art Degrees in Finance and Accounting from California State University of Fullerton. Attorney Stephen Clemmer A native of Long Beach, California, Stephen graduated Cum Laude from California State University at Long Beach in 1970 with degrees in foreign languages and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Whittier Law School in 1984 where he served on Law Review. While with the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., he coordinated discovery on the Commission's successful effort to disallow the merger between Warner Communications Inc. and PolyGram among other antitrust matters. Besides the practice of law, Stephen taught English as a Second Language both in Tunisia while in the Peace Corps and in Europe as well as administered numerous private schools for English as a Second Language across the United States. Stephen is very active with his son in Boy Scouts of America, junior sailing and rowing programs in Long Beach.
Mr. Clemmer is a member of the State Bar of California (State Bar No. 140316), the United States District Court (Central and Southern Districts), the United States Court of Appeal (9th District), the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Supreme Court.
